HISTORY

The Reneegrace Rose Villa School of Ballet & Performing Arts was born at the spur of the moment, not planned at all. It all started in 1982, when Reneegrace, Reneerose and Reneevilla were invited to perform at the coronation night of the first Pacita Complex Mutya ng Pacita. From that performance, mothers came to our home and requested the sisters to teach their children. Very much aware of their limitations, the sisters were hesitant to accept the offers. But because of unending requests, they then started teaching ballet to interested children, and interested mothers.

The fist dance studio was our small sala and the dining chairs became the first provisionary dancing bars. The first three became four, five and gradually increased in numbers everyday through word-of-mouth endorsements by the parents. OUR MILLION THANKS TO THEM. Our sala then became too small to accommodate students, so our school was constructed in our garage. Reneegrace was 11 years old then and to continue her ballet school was still a hundred dollar question, "TO BE OR NOT TO BE".

DADDY GOD really has a good plan for us. He designed everything for us. From Virac Catanduanes, HE brought us to Pacita Complex, IN HIS TIME. The students were increasing in number but Reneegrace still remained undecided. One day, MISS NIDA ONGLENGCO PANGAN, a professional dancer, Directress of the Ballet Dance Academy, 1999 President of ABAP (Association of Ballet Academies, Phil.) came. She bolstered the courage of the sisters and extended her full support to them.

NOW... this school is a unique example of a successful combination of family enterprise and the ARTS. With the continuoes increase in enrollment it established a branch at Pacita Complex 2. Subsequently ballet classes were introduced to different schools not only in Pacita but also to its neighboring villages: St. Therese Learning Center, Southville, Biņan; Rainbow Learning Center, Golden City, Biņan; Amazing Grace, San Vicente, San Pedro Laguna; Catholic School of Pacita, PAcita Complex 1; St. Peter Montessori School of San Pedro; Casa del Niņo Montessori & Science High School,Pacita 1; Our Lady of Pilar, Pacita 2; St. Michael & John Academy, Biņan Mater Ecliessiae, San Pedro; St. Cecilia Music Center, Tanaun, Batangas; Canossa Academy Lipa Batangas; St. Paul College, Tuguegarao; St. Cecilia Music Center Siniloan, Laguna; International christian School, Quezon City; Levi Strauss of Makati; Canossa School of Sta.
